• Isenburg Nature Creation will replace any product suffering from a manufacture defect.
• Defected products must be mailed to our lab for inspection. Product replacement is subject to final approval by
  Isenburg Nature Creation authorized manager.
• Warranty does not include overheated products or any products that were used not according to the instructions on the products’ label.

Return Policy:

• Isenburg Nature Creation^® allows exchange or full refund only on products purchased online via our website or our store in Coquille http://nature-creation.isenburg-cosmetics.com. Exchanges and refunds may be requested up to 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds and returns do not include shipping & handling charges. Proof of online purchasing and full payment will be required in order to process any returned product.
